Kyusho Cycle of Destruction
Understanding The Kyusho Cycle of Destruction
For the beginning pressure point student there are 5 principles to memorize and implement, beginning with the cycle of destruction. This is a cornerstone of Novice Kyusho Jitsu training. These principle cannot just be intellectualized, they must be trained with until thought is no longer required to use any of them
At this point the pressure point art and science of Kyusho Jitsu begins to become very effective!
What are the 5 Principle of Kyusho Jitsu for the Novice?
- First is Attack Along the Meridian
- Second is Attack Using Yin and Yang
- Third is Attack Using the Kyusho Cycle of Destruction
- Fourth is Attack Using Correct Body Mechanics
- Fifth is Attack Using Tempo
Now not all of the principle are created equally, some are easier to grasp then others! The 5th Principle of using tempo is by far the most straight forward of the 5!
However! The Kyusho Cycle of Destruction, the one that is the cornerstone of the 5 Principles, takes some time and understanding!
