What are the Energy Hands of Kyusho Jitsu? First, let's lay some groundwork. I know if you are reading this, you are well aware of the basic striking tool incorporated into every martial art system. But let's do a quick review of them.

1) The Fist
2) Knife Hand and Ridge Hand
3) The Palm

There is also within the science of pressure point self-defense, something called Striking Actions. There are methods of striking that have a specific effect on certain pressure points based on their related elements.

These striking actions are VERY effect, but did you know there is more?

The Striking Actions are:

1) Slapping for Fire
2) Vibrating for Metal
3) Chopping for Wood
4) Penetrating for Earth
5) Grasping for Water
